Reported AMD computer issues with Standalone client

Got a report from BoConcept that their user in China cannot open the standalone application provided to them with the last update. Current version should be VividPlatform 5.7.1. There are no other reports related to new version of the standalone application and it's safe to assume BoConcept uses it quite a lot.
Original report:
After asking more details about the issue via email, got this as device information, see image.
They also got the standalone client working by disabling the graphics adapter via Device Manager.
In addition they further reported that:
"Additionally, standalone is also having problems to those PC’s having AMD Processor"
And another image with device information.
There's not yet more information about this report, I've already sent out questions to specify this.
I've also asked them to update all device drivers from the manufacturer site.
