Production Update 19.1.2026

We have done a production update with the following content:
NEW
ANIMATIONS
We added support for dynamic animations for 3D Product Configurator products. Dynamic animations are
scripting based
meaning not embedded as animation loops in the 3D model file. While not as powerful as embedded animations, this feature allows an alternative way to solve the problem of opening drawers and alike.
IMPROVED
UPC UI
  • We added a vertical splitter bar for the UPC UI (management view)
  • We moved the replicate feature to library view
  • We added an import feature to localization texts
  • We added preview view support for 3d environment, to help understand how the 3D environment settings look like for 3D Product Configrator frontend
  • We added controls to move Sales Case Groups up and down in the Sales Code Mapping property set
  • We added automatic regeneration support that reduces need to click regenerate product button regularly during development time
  • We added new runtime scripting error messages that are shown to planner user
  • We added new sort and order settings for category items with numerical custom properties allowing sorting items based on self-defined sort order
Admin Features
note: these are limited to VividWorks at this time, but will eventually be opened for limited admin users
  • Admin user can activate a Tenant
  • Admin user can inactivate a Tenant
  • Changed some routing within the UPC UI regarding admin routes
FIXED
  • Fixed an issue causing Shopify theme compatibility check to fail
  • Fixed an issue causing Unit System to be different in PDF versus planner
  • Fixed an issue causing GLB files with extras behaving differently than ones without
  • Fixed an issue causing errors due to deleted product items being queried after deletion
  • Fixed an issue causing GridConnectivity matrix UI not updating properly
  • Fixed an issue causing finding parents not found error in the scene
  • Fixed an issue causing product level unit capture being empty with wall/floor
  • Fixed an issue causing GLTF export API callback documentation example non working
  • Bug #PLU-763 - Regen does not update the 3dView
