If our planner is only connected to Shopify, not the ERP/Stocking system. Therefore, if you have information from sold out fabrics/items in your ERP, it does not get updated automatically to the planner.

Current options in the planner are:

Could we have an option to "keep the material visible, but lighten and not selectable" if sold out or something else?

This could be self-service at first. But with ERP integration, could be automatically updated.
