Possibility to separate modules from each others as standalone modules

IS it possible to have standalone modules with their own foot? And also turn modules around as a set once building the module furniture layout?

I can understand that here we have a rule where middle foot is shared, but what if it would not be?

-Standalone modules with their own foots is a configurable option
-Rotation of parts is not possible with certain structure logic systems (eg. Linear) due to the inherent way the logic system works, but single part rotation is available in eg. grid-structure system.
-Multipart rotation is not an existing option
