If our planner is only connected to Shopify, not the ERP/Stocking system. Therefore, if you have information from sold out fabrics/items in your ERP, it does not get updated automatically to the planner. Current options in the planner are: Hide once sold out Add once available again Could we have an option to "keep the material visible, but lighten and not selectable" if sold out or something else? This could be self-service at first. But with ERP integration, could be automatically updated.
